JBS CACTUS is now accepting applications for an immediate opening for MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN - SNE.

The list of duties includes:

Make-ready apartments: Trash-out recently vacated, Carpentry, Touch-up/full painting, Flooring, Repair of appliances or damaged structures, etc.

Work Orders: Appliance installations/repairs, repairs to plumbing/electrical, hvac checks, window/door repairs, caulking, changing light bulbs, blinds, filters, batteries etc...

Grounds keeping: Remove trash/litter throughout the property, pressure washing, squeegee/blowing breezeways and parking lots.

Ability to lift/carry 40-50 lbs., walk/stand for long periods of time (including under adverse weather conditions), climb stairs and ladders, frequent need to sit, stoop, kneel,

crouch, bend, push/pull, navigate difficult terrain and access small areas.

Must able to excel in both verbal and written communication.
