  • Day 2-5: Remote from 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM PST
  • Day - 10: Remote from 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM PST

First week will not be 40 hours, but all other weeks will be. MUST be computer literate (power on/login/navigation around Windows & web browsers), and know basics about Teams, Excel, Word and/or Excel.

  • They should be able to draw logical conclusions based on guidance previously provided, but also know when they should reach out to Leadership.
  • Able to use 6 different applications/software simultaneously.
  • Need working computer knowledge. They should know what the start menu is, how to create a folder, how to right click, how to navigate computer setting. Being able to set up the computer without issue when they get home.
  • Responsive and engaged not only in training, but also when working.
  • Reliable High Speed Internet.
  • Punctuality.
  • No absences or tardies for the 2 weeks of training.


The Claims Analyst III (CAIII) works on the full range of claims, correspondence, quality assurance and escalations to ensure the satisfaction of the goals and priorities of the team.

The CAIII also does their part to meet expectations of internal and external clients with respect to claim handling and Service Level Agreements.

Job Responsibilities

  • Follows written procedures and scripts
  • Consults with team leadership and peers on case work
  • Uses proprietary software tools to access and review claim documents, enter claim decisions, and create escalations when needed
  • Communicates immediately to leadership all obstacles to completing work
  • Meets and exceeds departmental expectations for accuracy and productivity
  • Contributes subject area expertise to determine processing guidelines and assess if standards have been met
  • Utilizes documented team processes to ensure compliance with departmental standards
  • Data entry and verification
  • Drafts claimant facing communications based on guidance provided
  • Communicates directly with claimants by phone or email
  • Verifies data and processing requirements and makes corrections as necessary
  • Other projects as assigned
  • Has basic math knowledge
Qualifications

  • Professional degree or equivalent experience
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Sharp critical thinking skills with sound judgment
  • Ability to sit at a computer workstation for long periods of time
Pay Details: $18.00 per hour
