KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales Achievement & Client Development:

  • Consistently meet or exceed individual and boutique monthly sales targets as directed by management
  • Cultivate strong client relationships both within and outside the boutique, embodying the organization's values
  • Show initiative in attracting new clients and expanding existing clientele
  • Foster high-value sales, particularly focusing on engaging Les Cabinotiers clientele
  • Ensure exceptional customer service for every client
  • Demonstrate expert product knowledge and Maison heritage
  • Assist clients with pre- and post-sales Customer Service needs
  • Maintain the brand's exceptional standards
Client Relationship Management:
  • Build strong client relationships through exceptional service and Maison-specific CRM initiatives
  • Maintain CRM outreach standards for clienteling and follow-up
  • Consistently and accurately record client data for follow-up and relationship building, utilizing available tools effectively
  • Effectively address and escalate client concerns or issues to Management
  • Collaborate with Management to create and participate in in-store and offsite events and networking
Daily Boutique Operations:
  • Adhere to all security and operational policies and procedures for the Group, Maison, and boutique
  • Assist in the daily setup and breakdown of the boutique, and report any maintenance issues
  • Contribute to merchandising and daily maintenance of displays and back-stock
  • Engage in daily and annual inventories and cycle counts for successful audits
  • Support special projects as required (e.g., price adjustments, back-office assistance)
JOB PROFILE

Education:
  • College degree preferred
Required Experience:
  • 2 to 5 years of experience in luxury retail, service, or hospitality environments
  • Basic knowledge or interest in timepiece movements
Technical Skills / Abilities:
  • Thorough understanding of Customer Service requirements and priorities
  • Proficiency in computer skills
  • Familiarity with SAP is advantageous
Personal Skills:
  • Additional language proficiency is beneficial
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential
  • Demonstrated attention to detail and multitasking abilities
  • Self-motivated with a collaborative mindset
  • Flexible to work retail hours, including evenings and weekends
Richemont provides a competitive compensation and benefits package for eligible employees. Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted. Hourly compensation ranges from $25 to $27 with eligibility for commission.
