Wireline Operator

The Offshore Wireline Equipment Operator located in Louisiana is responsible for delivering safe, efficient, and reliable product service delivery to customers. The Equipment Operator identifies opportunities to improve service delivery and assists field and maintenance crews with preparing equipment for operations. Roles and Responsibilities
Ensure job deliverables are accurate and delivered on time. Participate in pre-job and Toolbox meetings with crew members. Maintain good, safe working order of equipment according to standards, reporting problems or deviations. Ensure individual and crew work safety. Prepare equipment for rig up and rig down times. Operate the equipment according to competency level and job requirement. Wear PPE and observe HSE policies. Maintain the required safety training. The selected candidate's compensation will be determined based on skills, experience, qualifications, and other business and organizational needs. Please note that the compensation and benefits listed below are only applicable to successful candidates who are hired onto local United States payroll. At SLB, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at/near the top of the range. The anticipated hourly rate for this position is $18-$26.

Qualifications and experience
Minimum high school dipolma.Local candidates preferred.Minimum 2 years' experience as a skilled operator in open hole and cased hole.Wireline experience required. Diesel mechanics and electronics experience a plus.
Candidates must be able to legally work and reside in the United States without visa sponorship.
