The duties listed below are at the full performance level (FPL).
Formulate projects, establish criteria, and gather, analyze, interpret, and/or report quantified data information for censuses and surveys.

Conduct survey work at all levels of the survey life cycle (SLC) survey design; frame development; sample design and implementation; instrument development; data collection; data editing, imputation, and estimation.

Apply statistical techniques and methods in performing project/survey related activities.

Assist in planning and conducting methodological and evaluative studies relating to survey collection methods to refine the survey process to produce reliable and statistically valid data.

Support senior survey statistician to research, analyze, test, and evaluate information, unusual circumstances, conventional issues, conditions, and problems to modify, adapt, and/or refine existing applications, processes, and techniques.
