Position Summary:

As a Security Guard, you will play a vital role in maintaining the safety and security of our property and guests. Your vigilance and commitment to a secure environment are essential to providing a comfortable and worry-free experience for all. Join our team and help ensure the well-being of our guests and staff.

Availability:

Second and Third Shift available. Key Responsibilities:Monitor and patrol designated areas to prevent and detect security threats, suspicious activity, or unauthorized access.
Maintain a visible and professional presence to deter potential security incidents.
Conduct routine security checks of the property, including buildings, parking lots, and common areas.
Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, or emergencies and take appropriate action to address and resolve them.
Ensure compliance with access control procedures, verifying the identity and authorization of individuals entering the property.
Report security violations, safety hazards, or unusual occurrences to the appropriate authorities and supervisors.
Provide assistance and support to guests and employees during security-related situations.
Collaborate with law enforcement agencies and emergency services when necessary.
Monitor and operate security equipment, such as surveillance cameras and access control systems.
Conduct inspections to ensure that safety and security equipment is in working order.
Enforce property rules and regulations to maintain a secure and orderly environment.
Prepare incident reports and maintain accurate logs of security-related activities.
Participate in training and development programs to enhance security skills and knowledge.
Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent; additional security training or certifications are a plus.
Previous experience in security or a related field is beneficial but not required.
Strong observational and communication skills.
Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations.
Physical fitness and the ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
Basic computer skills for report writing and security equipment operation.
Customer service orientation and a helpful demeanor.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Understanding of security protocols and procedures.
