The location of this role is the Hermosa Project site near Patagonia, Arizona

The Role

A s a site electrician your primary responsibilities will include maintaining a safe and productive work environment, assisting, installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of all electrical, electronic and instrumentation systems.

Accountabilities (Include but are not limited to) :

Individual Accountabilities:

• Follow all site Health, Safety, Security, and Environmental requirements and standards.
• Compliance with statutory regulations.
• Maintain scheduled work and fill out work orders upon task completion.
• Ability to use Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
• Ability to use SAP.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
  
  Qualifications, Skills, and Expertise:
  • Ged or high school diploma required.
  • National, State, and local electrical codes
  • Electrical license/MSHA Electrical Certification Electrical license
  • Willingness to perform physically demanding tasks, such as lifting heavy objects, climbing stairs/ladders, etc
  • 2+ years of proven electrical experience in an industrial or process environment
  • Experience with diagnostic electrical test equipment
  • Experience with PLCs, VFDs, Soft-Start and Basic Operational Control System Circuitry preferred
  • Experience in collecting and entering data
  • Knowledge of electrical systems, hand tools and industrial equipment
  • Must be able to read electrical prints and schematics
  • AC and/or DC controls
