Job Description
As Corporate Associate, you will be responsible for:

The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will have demonstrable Corporate Associate experience:
Preferably 3-7 years experience in Corporate/ M&A work (document drafting, due diligence and transaction coordination work).Strong customer service ethic, ability to prioritize and work at speed (when required for transaction purposes). Attention to detail, highly organized, comfortable prioritizing and working at speed.Collegial approach, able to use own initiative whilst working collaboratively with the Practice Group and peers across the firm.
