The Opportunity: Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) on Med/Surg - 2 West

  • Provides patient care under the supervision of an RN in accordance with applicable scope and standards of practice and with the policies, values, and mission of the organization.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a dynamic CNA to join our team of highly skilled professionals on 2 West at the Alfond Center for Health in Augusta. CNAs on this unit love the fun they have with their co-workers while providing a high level of specialized care.

This position is 36 hours per week on the night shift, 7p-7a. Weekend and Holiday Rotation required.

The Work:

  • CNAs are an integral part of our Health Care team and assist the Registered Nurses in the delivery of direct nursing care

You Have:

  • Certified as a Nursing Assistant (CNA) and is in active and good standing on the State of Maine CNA registry.
  • Commitment to giving your best to our patients, our community and everyone working on our MaineGeneral team.
  • Ability to work effectively with the Medical Staff, Nursing Staff, Administration, and other personnel to provide excellent patient care.
