SAIC is looking for a motivated and inquisitive Technical Targeting Analyst, GEOINT and Mobile Apps to work across the team to drive next generation analytics forward, representing and performing all-source analysis to reveal elements of mobile phone applications as well as GEOINT opportunities of interest. This role works across the customer organization to build relationships, communicate capabilities, and identify needs and associated use cases to address needs, requiring proactiveness with a focus on discovery, and the ability to navigate new directions based on a well-formed understanding of customer goals.

Responsibilities include:

  • Research mobile apps, trends, and relevant emerging tech.
  • Conduct all-source analysis from multiple data sources to resolve identities, build out profiles and patterns of activities.
  • Develop new analytics and visualization methods based upon mobile application profiles and selectors, to include data stream correlation and pattern of life analysis.
  • Provide GIS data analysis consisting of data aggregation and pattern recognition.
  • Assign proper techniques and ways to study the object under observation in a proper way, i.e. choosing the proper devices for capturing, imaging details and the proper software tools to assess this real-time data in machine and human readable form.
  • Extract the relevant information from the overall geospatial data gathered from various sources, analyze and visualize this information and apply analysis methods to enhance this information and solve problems related to intelligence.
  • Undertake geo-coding, a process by which the geographic information is added to a file or database for further use in geographic information systems.
  • Provide GIS data analysis consisting of data aggregation and pattern recognition.
  • Efficiently tailor and communicate findings to a wide variety of audiences, while building relationships, communicating team capabilities, and aligning analysis offerings with customer needs.

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Active TS/SCI with FS Poly
  • Bachelors and fourteen (14) years or more experience; Masters and twelve (12) years or more experience; PhD or JD and nine (9) years or more experience.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in identity-based collection and analysis within the IC, U.S. military or commercial industry
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience with telecommunication, mobile selectors, and SIGINT
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical targeting and analysis for the Sponsor
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience using customer databases and collection systems including link analysis, analyzing raw transactional data, and analyzing IP and net flow traffic data.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience working with Sponsor analytic in C2S
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience working with other IC partners to jointly develop capabilities in analytics and non-traditional selectors
  • Advanced degree in engineering and scientific discipline with relevance to identity intelligence and analysis
