Perform a full range of Supervisory duties to include: assigning workload, creating project plans and providing technical guidance to employees within the Meal Program Department.

Identify developmental and/or training needs of the department.
Serve as the district Non-Appropriated Fund liaison to IMCOM NAFI for up to eight installations.
Interpret DoDEA policies and procedures for implementation and assessment of the Student Meal Program.
Serve as the Contract Officer Representative for Student Meal Program services and equipment.
Implement and monitor Student Meal Program compliance with DoD policy directives and Federal regulations.
Provide training to district Child Nutrition Directors in accordance with USDA requirements.
