What you'll do:

  • Analyze qualitative data from focus-group-like interviews, extract key insights, craft the story of the client experience, and own the delivery of those insights to the market.
  • Understand team members' needs and proactively use data to provide insights and solutions.
  • Engage in all aspects of emerging technology Spotlight and First Look reports, including crafting survey questions, managing data collection, analyzing the data, and composing insights in written form.
  • Manage and quality control data sets used by our teams for product delivery.
  • Consult on key deliverables and broader team strategy.
  • Assist senior insights team members in product delivery.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Proficiency in Excel
  • Certification in Tableau preferred

Salary starts at $55,000 annually. We offer top-tier benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, HSA with company match, 401K with company match, PTO, and more. KLAS Research has a hybrid work policy to allow team members to work both remotely and in the office. This flexible approach provides team members with a balance between in-person collaboration and remote work autonomy. Hybrid work is defined as two full days expected in-office.
