Our WIN Waste Innovations Sunny Farms site in Fostoria, OH is currently looking for Yard Personnel/ Laborer who is confident and enthusiastic individual and can maintain the appearance and environmental compliance at the Facility.

This position will require high visibility to traffic and must wear PPE to keep eye to eye contact with other employees.

Essential Function:

• Be able to see the areas on the ground that need litter removed and disposed of in containers
• Retrieve tires and place them in designated container
• Perform sweeping and cleaning to the breakrooms and maintenance shop areas

Physical Demands include but is not limited to:

• Reach with hands and arms
• Climb and walk on heights often greater than 4 feet
