A day in the life.

As our Certificate Specialist on the Business Insurance team, you'll provide quality and timely support on the day-to-day, renewal and new business Certificates for the Business Insurance team. The team will reply on you to accurately update our databases with client certificate information and appropriately document and label requests within our imaging system. You will be responsible for reviewing policies for coverage comparison against the insurance requirements found within the certificate requests and/or other pertinent instructions and providing feedback that supports any changes that would be needed on their insurance program to meet the contract requirements. Finally, you will monitor and follow up on documents to ensure accuracy.

  • Experience in underwriting, rating, billing, insurance or law
  • Strong detail-oriented skills
  • Ability to work independently

These additional qualifications are a plus, but not required to apply:

  • Property & Casualty License (required within 6 months of hire)
