Delaware North Parks and Resorts is hiring a seasonal Retail Supervisor to join our team at Grant Grove in Kings Canyon National Park, California. As a Retail Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising and training retail team members and working to maintain retail standards, policies, and procedures.

Assist retail management with the daily cash procedures and operations
Monitor store floor, assist with guest needs, and ensure integrity of physical inventory and par levels
Regularly evaluate, create, and maintain professional visual displays
Maintain cleanliness and safety standards throughout the retail shops
Qualifications Previous cash handling experience required
Previous experience working with point-of-sale system required
High school diploma or GED required
Minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience in a customer service or retail environment preferred
Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Constant standing, lifting, climbing stairs, and repetitive motions
Bending, reaching, and climbing on ladders
