Roseburg is centrally located along Interstate 5 in Southern Oregon's scenic Douglas County. The city is nestled in a lush, forested region known as the Land of Umpqua. The population of Roseburg is approximately 28,000, but the city is the center of Douglas County and serves more than 111,000 people in surrounding communities.
