Showroom Coordinator

Ultra Design Center is seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven showroom coordinator to join our team. This position is great for an individual that enjoys variety in their responsibilities. An ideal candidate will have a professional, welcoming demeanor and be responsible for creating an outstanding customer experience. In addition, a successful candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills. This is a highly visible and impactful role that meaningfully impacts the customer experience.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

Act as a concierge to provide a warm welcome to clients visiting our showroom.Answer incoming calls, respond to customer inquiries and assist sales in solvingcustomer service questions that might occur.Qualify customers to determine the best sales representative to assist them.Assist in managing and maintaining showroom displays, tags and merchandisingAssist with planning and executing showroom eventsMaintain social media platforms by posting for Ultra, and following other pertinent organizations and individuals. Build the CRM database with customer contacts, and assist with newsletters and emailsQualificationsBring integrity, a strong work ethic, and honesty into all aspects of your role.Social Media platform knowledgeShowroom display coordination and merchandising experienceProficiency with Microsoft Office and an ability to learn new software.Outstanding written and verbal skillsCapacity to plan, organize and prioritize responsibilitiesOur employees are the assets that drive our business success.
