Hello I am a student Women's Health NP and my husband is active duty military.
We have two kiddos, a son (3) and daughter (1). They are such a light to our worlds.
We need someone to take care of the kiddos during the lapse in our schedules. We need someone flexible who could work more or less days. Usually 3-4/week.
We limit screen time, encourage outside play, and encourage actively engaging with our children.
My husband sometimes doesn't have to work a full week. To the best of our ability, we can set a schedule prior to the week beginning.
