Job Description Providing leadership and accountability for IT acquisition contracts and performance management governance and oversight processes across the Civil Division.

Improving interoperability consolidating IT services and migrating systems to the cloud as cost-effective and appropriate.

Managing the OIT budget and overseeing and advising on IT spending throughout the Division to ensure consistency with overall strategic objectives mission and program needs and Division priorities.

Monitoring all component IT investment performance through regular reviews and engagement with the program sponsor and stakeholders identifying underperforming major IT investments and implementing corrective actions.

Ensuring the development maintenance and implementation of a sound and integrated information technology architecture designed to improve the productivity of the Division's programs and promote a coordinated interoperable secure infrastructure.

Coordinating with the DOJ CIO in alignment with the Federal Information Technology Acquisition Reform Act (FITARA) in developing and implementing strategies for enterprise data and information.
