Group Summary

The Magna Exteriors portfolio of products includes access systems such as liftgates, exterior trim, modular systems, front-end modules including fascia, active aerodynamic systems and other lightweight structural components for automotive, commercial truck and other industrial markets.

About the Role

The Human Resources Intern will receive meaningful work assignments to enhance the students learning experience, as well as contribute to the organizations business needs.

Your Responsibilities
  • Assist with data entry/data auditing, personnel file management
  • Assist with processing employment verifications, e-verify, Form I-9's and EEOC forms
  • Support pre-onboarding activities and new hire orientations
  • Assist with recruitment activities, including but not limited to screening candidates
  • Audit HR Intranet site documents including job descriptions on file
  • Assist with Summer Intern Coordination, including but not limited to evaluations and end of internship presentations
  • Other duties, as assigned by the HR Department
Who we are looking for
  • Some related experience preferred
Your preferred qualifications
  • High School Diploma
  • Currently Attending a College or University pursuing a degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • Proficient Computer knowledge and skills, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Professional Communication skills (written and verbal)
