Rosh Review, a Blueprint Company, is looking for a Psychiatry Champion to contribute to the continued development of our psychiatry products. This is a remote, part-time position, and will report to our Director of Medical Content.

What You'll Do

You will be responsible for contributing to the development, launch, and maintenance of materials for our general psychiatry and child and adolescent psychiatry products. Day-to-day responsibilities will vary significantly but are likely to include:

  • Recruiting, coordinating, and leading an amazing author team
  • Managing performance of content author team, including working closely with copyediting team on quarterly author evaluations and personalized copyediting instruction program
  • Managing payroll of content author team, including review and approval of author invoices
  • Applying your expertise to review author submitted content for accuracy and clarity and create new specialty content, if needed
  • Writing and editing AI-generated psychiatry-related content
  • Working with our content and institutional sales team to develop a creative and comprehensive resident curriculum
  • Maintaining roadmap and calendar of content projects, coordinating with marketing and sales on launches as needed
  • Researching new areas and opportunities for content development across B2B and B2C markets
  • Supporting marketing team in developing medical copy of marketing materials, including emails, banners/fliers, blogs, webinars, etc, and researching and reviewing competitor's offerings
  • Supporting B2B and B2C sales initiatives with expert insights and consultation, copy assistance, and attendance at meetings with key potential partners in a remote and/or in person context (conferences, etc)
  • Supporting budget creation and maintenance for annual planning of content needs
  • Supporting illustration team in image creation, providing all medical content and mock-up images
  • Applying knowledge of medical guidelines and practice changes to review, edit, and update existing content so that it is evergreen
  • Working closely with content support team to review and edit content based on learner feedback
  • Organizing specialty CME requirements as needed
  • Coordinating with other teams in cross-specialty projects

Who you are

  • Medical degree (MD/DO) and board certification in psychiatry
  • Strong medical knowledge background
  • Fluency in English with excellent writing skills
  • Comfort using collaborative software such as Google Docs
  • Self-motivated, ability to stay on task, and set and reach goals
  • Desire to continually learn and improve
  • Thrive working with remote and distributed teams
