Title: LNG Liquefaction Day Supervisor

KBR's Sustainable Technology Solutions (STS) group is seeking a Commissioning Specialist LNG/LTS Superintendent for the Plaquemines project, aiming to establish a Liquid Nitrogen Gas export facility with an annual capacity of up to 20 million metric tons. The site, situated around 20 miles south of New Orleans, facilitates expedited environmentally friendly development due to its deep-water access without dredging requirements.

This role requires a current/valid TWIC card or the ability to obtain or renew one, to be maintained throughout employment.

The LNG Liquefaction Day Supervisor will manage day-to-day operations, including all PC&CSO activities, reporting to the Senior CSO Manager. Initially based in Houston, TX, the role may later relocate to the Plaquemine site in Port Sulphur, LA.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate system scoping, system boundary mark-ups, PC&C Procedures, and Operations Procedures at the home office
  • Collaborate with CSO Shift Superintendents to ensure workflow continuity between shifts and coordinate necessary tasks with Maintenance/I&E CSO Superintendents and related disciplines
  • Communicate with the Commissioning Representative as needed
  • Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and standards for commissioning, operation, and maintenance of the complex

Additional Qualifications:

  • Equivalent experience of 18+ years in commissioning and start-up of LTS in LNG unit or Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in commissioning and start-up of LTS in LNG unit, with an average of 15+ years of experience
