The Opportunity:

  • Collegial group looking for a motivated physician to join a community centered practice.
  • Full scope Family Medicine practice with excellent clinical and administrative support and modern facilities and equipment.
  • Moderate 1:15 call with newborn rounding and weekend call just 3-4 weeks per year.
  • 4-day work week averaging 25 patients per day.
  • 6+ weeks off year one.

Compensation Details:

  • Guaranteed base salary years 1 and 2 plus RVU production bonus with expected earnings to $260K+.
  • Ownership track after two years with total earnings 75th percentile MGMA or better.
  • Comprehensive benefits with extraordinary retirement contribution, CME stipend and malpractice insurance with tail.
