Job Description:

Parsons is seeking to add a Senior Director to enhance our current bench strength in the Texas Water/Wastewater critical infrastructure team. The position will work with Vice President Texas Water and focus on geographies across state to help with pre-positioning, pursuit and delivery (QA/QC).

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Advise Texas and national water leadership on key pursuits and market assessment.
  • Work with Texas water group in pre-positioning with various clients.
  • Participate in Go/No-go discussions and develop RFQ responses for select pursuits.
  • Coordidnate with Texas team to develop proposals (scope/schedule/budget).
  • Provide independent review of standard contracts.
  • Mentor staff as needed.
  • Serve as the QA/QC reviewer on relevant projects.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

  • 4-year degree in Engineering from an accredited institution along with Texas P.E.
  • 25+ years of related work experience in the consulting industry.
  • Prior experience winning and delivering projects in Texas particularly City of Houston.
  • Incumbent should have a solid technical and consulting background as well as current and previous technical, project and client management background in relevant high profile projects.
  • Proven, successful experience in managing multi-disciplinary design teams and client relationships.

Salary Range:

$ $121.78

This position will be posted for a minimum of 3 days and will continue to be posted for an average of 30 days until a qualified applicant is selected or the position has been cancelled.
