Responsibilities:

  • Implement Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy programs under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Provide oneonone therapy sessions to individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD)
  • Collect and record data on client progress and behavior
  • Assist with the development and implementation of behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
  • Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure consistency in treatment goals and strategies
  • Maintain a safe and supportive environment for clients during therapy sessions
  • Follow ethical guidelines and professional standards in all interactions and interventions

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or related field
  • Previous experience working with individuals with ASD is preferred
  • Knowledge of ABA principles and techniques
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Patience, empathy, and a genuine interest in helping individuals with special needs
  • Reliable transportation to travel to client locations
