Educate guests about menu items, including detailed descriptions of dishes' ingredients and preparation methods.
Efficiently handle order placement and delivery, maintaining accuracy and a keen eye for detail.
Address any guest inquiries or concerns with a solution-oriented mindset, ensuring a positive experience.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a server, ideally in a fine dining environment, with a strong emphasis on hospitality.
Robust knowledge of wine, with the ability to suggest pairings that enhance dining experiences.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for all guests.
A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment but can also work independently.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant operation tools is advantageous.
