MAIN RESPONSABILITIES



Key Accountabilities

  • Execute testing activities:
    • in support to one or several Projects on Rolling Stock under the direction of his / her hierarchy
    • according to the testing procedure / documentation and following Subsystem T&C Engineer a/o Leader instructions
  • Ensure defect identification and correction (trouble-shooting)
  • Check that the test tools are in perfect working order and calibrated.
  • Replace defective equipment and ensure its repair in accordance with the procedures
  • In the event of a non-conformity observed during the commissioning phase, communicate and escalate properly using the digital tools utilized on the project (SES/GSI/Excel/Outlook/Teams).
  • Deliver the committed performance in terms of Quality, Costs and Deadlines and in compliance with Alstom policies, local standards and regulations (in particular EHS and Railway Safety)
  • Report progress and priorities of assigned work on a regular basis

Performance Measurement

  • Efficiency and proactivity during the execution of the T&C tests
  • Efficiency and proactivity for corrective work according to work instructions or guidance
  • Compliance to EHS (Zero Deviation) and Regulatory standards
  • Quality of anticipation, monitoring and reporting
