We are teachers, researchers, innovators, and, most of all, caregivers.Reporting to the Division Director of Infectious Disease, the Specialist will be part of a department with responsibilities that include:
- Inpatient consultations at The William Backus Hospital and Windham Hospital
- Outpatient consultation including outpatient HIV and Hepatitis C patient treatment
- Wound Care and Antimicrobial stewardship
- Assist with activities of Infection Prevention and the hospital epidemiology programs
- Active Hospitalist program to care for inpatients
- Shared call with other ID physicians
