Responsible for supporting software sustainment efforts for SAP/ERP programs (GFEBS and GFEBS-SA)..

Meets with customers and other system stakeholders to discuss, obtain and execute requirements, development, testing and integration of SAP/ERP modules: FI, SD, MM, WM, SCP, PS, MT, PLM, BPM, PM, DFPS, HR, Security BPM, and MRM.

Introduces SAP "best practices" to the customer and work alongside the change management team in order to roll out daily operations/support, project work, and these best practices.

Perform complex master data and transactional SAP system configuration for standard SAP solutions.
Serve as a Senior Business Analyst (BA) supporting the Directorates Business Transformation mission.
Establish precedents in application of problem-solving techniques to enhance existing processes.
Responsible to work with and peer review all documents, created by junior business analysts and provide feedback.
