Our team delivered the DockKit Framework for Motorized Camera stands recently, and we are looking to expand the team in the intersection of Robotics Accessories, Algorithms, consumer products and experiences.

You will be joining a team with a history of impactful products, so if you like to ship, we want to work with you.

Description
As a Robotics SW Engineer, you will drive and own outstanding robotics algorithm SW from prototype to deployment.

In this role you will have an impact on the current state of the art in Robotics in taking the algorithms from initial concept to highly reliable software solutions.

Minimum Qualifications
4+ years of experience( including PhD ) in Broad Robotics Algorithms spanning from Perception to Control to Planning
Expert understanding of motor control techniques (MPC, Optimal, adaptive )
Deep understanding of Perception in the context of Robotics
Hands on experience in coding algorithms in C/C++ and Python with computational constraints
Hands on experience in training Machine Learning Models
Experience in handling real world deployment issues of robotics by adjusting tuning, algorithms and approach for best results
Preferred Qualifications
5+ years of experience in Broad Robotics Algorithms spanning from Perception to Control to Planning
Expert understanding of motor control techniques (MPC, Optimal, adaptive )
Deep understanding of Perception in the context of Robotics
Hands on experience in coding algorithms in C/C++ and Python with computational constraints
Hands on experience in training Machine Learning Models
Experience in handling real world deployment issues of robotics by adjusting tuning, algorithms and approach for best results
Thrive in a reciprocal multidisciplinary environment, relying on your team for support
Obsessively hardworking and inquisitive, and seek to solve everyday problems in innovative ways
Excellent problem solving and intuitive debugging skills
Ability to focus on the essential, in exclusion of all else and above all, driven to ship.
Pay & Benefits
At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role.

The base pay range for this role is between $138,900 and $256,500, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs.

Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple's Employee Stock Purchase Plan.


You'll also receive benefits including:
