Pharm Transcend is a global business transformation program that will modernize our foundational transactional processes and harmonize them into one "clean" ERP as a standardized platform for growth and efficiency gains.

The program will simplify the Pharm ERP landscape from 7 to 1, standardizing processes in order to have a cost effective, fit for purpose digital backbone that will enable us to support the Pharm business with agility. Additionally, the program will remediate the end-of-life system exposure that we risk towards the end of this decade.

The Sr Manager will be a part of the PHARM SC Digital Transformation organization, a multi-year global business transformation initiative that will modernize our end-to-end Supply Chain digital capabilities by harmonizing our disparate ecosystem of 7+ major global PHARM ERP systems, standardizing our core business processes and products [across Plan, Source, Make, Quality, Plan/Source, and Data, and enabling our integrated data strategy through a single SAP S/4 HANA instance.

This is a leadership position with potential to lead a team of analysts. You will be part of an extended team of 10+ authorities who will be accountable for driving the definition and harmonization of Plan & Source Data and business capabilities across all PHARM and coordinated/downstream areas. These authorities will be core team members of various multi-year, highly complex, global programs that will transform our Innovative Medicine Supply Chain.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive data integration strategy that harmonizes seamlessly with satellite systems
  • In collaboration with senior Transcend program leaders, establish and enforce data quality standards across the Plan & Source pillars
  • Partner with Master Data team, Plan & Source Process team and Solution Developers to enable and standardize core business capabilities
  • Single Point of Contact for Plan & Source function in Transcend and must demonstrate a refined, multi-functional toolset of business expertise, technical knowledge, and digital acumen to effectively interact with a breadth of business partners and global process owners
  • Engage and operate with program teams at an execution level, as well as with senior leadership at a strategic level
  • Manage S4 data requirements in preparation for test execution
  • Define and maintain User Stories/Acceptance Criteria
  • Identify and communicate change impacts
  • Knowledge of changing business process and subsequent impact on the project
  • Partner with Master Data for data harmonization, data cleansing, and other various data activities
