The Villages Health located in central Florida is seeking a skilled and compassionate Gynecologist to join our multi- specialty team specializing in the care of a rapidly growing active community. Candidate would perform a variety office-based procedures. Surgical procedures would be performed in an ASC located in our principal office or in a university affiliated hospital offering robotic surgery.

We have a growing need for gynecological care tailored to the unique needs and challenges faced our diverse population. This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the health and well-being of our very active community in Central Florida.

Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive gynecological care to our active patients, including routine screenings, examinations, diagnostic procedures and surgical conditions.Assess and manage gynecological conditions such as menopause, osteoporosis, pelvic organ prolapse, urinary incontinence, and other female issues.Collaborate with other healthcare team members to coordinate care and develop individualized treatment plans for patients.Educate patients about preventive measures, treatment options, and lifestyle modifications to promote optimal gynecological health.Perform appropriate surgical and medical procedures when necessary, adhering to best practices and ensuring patient safety.Stay current with advancements in gynecology through continuing education and participation in development activities.Maintain accurate medical records and documentation.Qualifications:
MD/DO from an accredited medical school.Board certification or eligibility in Obstetrics and Gynecology.Active Florida medical license or the ability to obtain one.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate bedside manner.Ability to work collaboratively.Dedication to providing patient-centered care.Benefits:
