Seeking an experienced Infrastructure Project Manager to manage multiple infrastructure projects simultaneously. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing a range of projects, including server refresh/migration, network-Cisco refresh, security initiative, database/server-SharePoint, cloud-Azure, and other infrastructure/operations-related projects. This is a challenging role that requires an individual who is highly organized, efficient, and experienced in managing complex infrastructure projects.

Candidate will support infrastructure-related projects:
server/database migration, network refreshes, and security implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage multiple infrastructure projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget Develop project plans, including defining project scope, goals, and deliverables, and creating project timelines and budgets Lead project teams, including providing direction, coordinating activities, and monitoring progress Collaborate with stakeholders, including business leaders, IT teams, vendors, and other project managers, to ensure successful project delivery Conduct risk management, including identifying and mitigating project risks, and developing contingency plans Monitor and report project status, including tracking progress against project timelines and budgets, and providing regular status reports to stakeholders Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards, including conducting quality reviews and testing Adhere to project management best practices, including following a waterfall methodology Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field 7-10 years of experience managing infrastructure/operations projects, including experience managing server refresh/migration, network-Cisco refresh, security initiative, database/server-SharePoint, cloud-Azure, and other related projects Strong project management skills, including experience leading project teams, developing project plans, and managing project budgets and timelines Excellent communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Experience working in a waterfall methodology environment Certifications in project management, such as PMP, PRINCE2, or ITIL, are highly desirable Initial discovery, requirements gathering and documentation, project planning Resource / Communications management Project liaison with business stakeholders

Project Manager Details:
Hyundai is looking for a Mid/Senior Level Project Manager to oversee multiple projects simultaneously, including server migration, network refresh, security initiatives (Mostly Infrastructure related efforts).
• A successful candidate will have 7-10 years of experience in infrastructure project management and excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Able to manage a portfolio of projects, ensure timely delivery within scope, budget, and quality parameters, and adhere to project management best practices.
• Most PMs on this team are running with 5+ projects at a time, but could be one big project or multiple.
• Need someone with the ability to do both and has done both in the past.
• Also, PMs with only Agile and SDLC experience will not be a fit on this team.
• The team has a backlog of projects and has hired 4 PM's this year, with intentions to continue to grow. Project Details:

• Server refresh/Migration
• Infrastructure/operations
• Network - Cisco refresh to Arista - THIS IS THE HIGHEST PRIORITY PROJECT/NEED
• Security initiative- Vulnerability test/Penetration test (this is Vulnerability Assessments and Pen Testing - have the security resources to do it but the PM will need to know how to guide this project, take the feedback/data from those tests/assessments and apply it for successful completion of the project.)
• Database/Server & Windows/UNIX environment upgrades
• SharePoint to the Cloud (Azure) project

• Follow ITIL but many of their projects follow Waterfall Methodology
