JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for a candidate to join our team as a Client Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to clients, handling transactions, and assisting with sales activities. If you are a motivated individual with excellent communication skills and a desire to help clients meet their financial needs, we want to hear from you.

• Deliver outstanding client service by engaging with clients, conducting transactions, and identifying needs
• Educate clients on digital banking solutions to enhance their experience
• Support sales process through client outreach and identification of opportunities
• Participate in Integrated Relationship Management activities
• Stay informed on bank policies and procedures to ensure compliance
• Assist with new account openings and problem resolution

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Two years of client service experience
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Ability to multi-task and work under time constraints
