Who we are looking for:
We are looking for technically savvy, customer-focused, problem solvers. Join our team as a Warehouse Tech Associate and play a crucial role in handling the inventory and distribution of cellular devices for our company. This position is ideal for individuals passionate about technology and logistics, providing an opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
The perfect candidate will be comfortable navigating android, iOS and windows based phones, tablets, cellular routers and other mobile devices.
Requirements will include installing and configuration of OS system updates, applications and other hands on staging and configurations for cellular devices. You are a great fit if you are tech savvy, customer focused, can think on your feet and willing to work in a fast paced, startup environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the installation, testing, and configuration of cellular devices prior to shipment.
- Collaborate with warehouse staff and other internal teams to optimize processes and ensure efficient operations.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely (training provided).

Requirements for this Position:
- College Degree Preferred
- Ability to work 8AM - 5PM Monday to Friday at our King of Prussia, PA headquarters
- Comfortable navigating Android, iOS, Windows devices and other cellular technology
- Comfortable problem solving and providing examples during interview process
- Comfortable working with Microsoft Excel and Google Spreadsheets
