Medical Screener

Plasma Collection Center Assistant

• Responsible for welcoming donors and conducting registration procedures
• Assist donors with the screening process following SOPs
• Educate new donors on therapeutic products and center policies
• Register applicants and transfer donors
• Ensure donor questions are answered professionally
• Address donor reactions during pheresis and notify staff
• Maintain donor data accurately in the system
• Promote safety and maintain a clean work environment
• Protect confidentiality of all information
• May require bilingual skills
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned

Education: High school diploma or equivalent

Experience: Minimum 3 months in a customer service or medical environment

Working Conditions: Ability to follow instructions, lift up to 25 pounds, and work in a fast-paced environment with occasional exposure to hazardous chemicals
