Job Title: On Call Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN/LPN)

Job Description:

Join our Skilled Nursing team at Rosewood and be responsible for meeting the nursing needs of residents while incorporating our Philosophy for Person-Directed Care. Collaborate with care partners to ensure a safe and healthy environment for residents, staff, and visitors.

• Current LVN/LPN license in the state of application
• Current CPR certification
• Prior nursing experience preferred
