Responsibilities A core member of the team responsible for aiding in business analysis for various projects and enhancement initiatives Gathering requirements documenting user stories functional requirements working with development team for implementation conducting QA and coordinating UAT Understand the current systems to be able to support enhancements and project initiatives Analyze current business practices processes and procedures to understand the business needs Translate business needs into requirements - documenting any process and data flows Create functional specifications and/or user stories for development team.

Create wireframes Document any integration requirements from other systems Document any workflow requirements Conduct QA and coordinate UAT and performance testing Provide training to business on the solution(s) Required Skills Written and verbal communication skills Writing and executing test plan and test cases MS Visio MS Office Suite Preferred Skills MS Project SQL
