Administrative Specialist

Job Description Position will support the Government Administration Manager by handling a variety of administrative tasks in order to ensure interactions between the organization and stakeholders are positive and productive.Expected to scribe for meetings and distribute information as appropriateResponsible for scheduling/managing calendars and meeting invitesAssertively manage the tickler of due tasks and responsesShall coordinate between a range of staff and external stakeholdersAssist in the management of office equipment and suppliesRequired Education, Experience, & Skills Strong communications skills, with professionally assertive personalityIndividual shall be proficient with the Microsoft Office suite of applicationsStrong editing skillsMust have strong organizational skillsExhibit strong attention to detailMaintain flexibility and professionalismAdaptable to frequently changing prioritiesPreferred Education, Experience, & Skills Experience with supporting IT development projects planning.
Experience coordinating with multiple agency organizations

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $ $96580

Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
