Qualifications:


Must be a current student working towards a degree or a recent graduate with a background in fashion design, particularly in Women's RTW contemporary or luxury.

Dependable, organized, and positive team player with a keen attention to detail.
Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Basic knowledge of fabrics, sewing, and hand sketching.
Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
Willing to take direction, learn, and go the extra mile.
Excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop a deep understanding of the industry and our company by actively participating in the design team and process.
Provide support to design, product development, and tech design as needed.
Contribute to design development by assisting in research, generating innovative ideas, and effectively communicating concepts to the team. Create sketches aligned with Rebecca Taylor's aesthetic.
Create artwork, CADs, tech packs, and update sketches.
Hand sewing and collaborating with local suppliers and manufacturers in the garment district.
