You will serve as a Program Analyst in the Office of the Chief of Naval Operations, Undersea Warfare Division, Subsea and Seabed Warfare Branch Integrated Undersea Surveillance Systems (IUSS) Team.

You will implement responsibilities for naval undersea and submarine warfare programs, including Reserve Component support requirements.

You will shape policy for undersea force planning, programming, budgeting, requirements development, and portfolio management of the platform, payload, people and posture for Integrated Undersea Surveillance System.

You will advise Chief of Naval Operations (CNO) on the formulation, coordination, supervision, and execution of Navy improvements for Undersea Warfare for submarines.

You will serve as principal advisor and representative on service strategic guidance to reflect the CNO's priorities for the development of follow-on Navy service planning documents.

You will develop, analyze, evaluate, advise on, or enhance the effectiveness of organizational structures and procedures.

You will shape policy for undersea force planning, programming, budgeting, requirements development, and portfolio management of the platform, payload, people and posture for Integrated Undersea Surveillance System.

You will apply knowledge of Navy Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) and Program Objective Memorandum (POM) processes.
