Exciting opportunity for a per diem, experienced, Board Certified Pediatric Intensivist to join an outstanding team in Nashville, TN
Responsibilities Pediatrix Medical Group is seeking a Board Certified Pediatric Intensivist to be part of the team at our respected Nashville practice.
- Based at Tri Star Centennial Hospital in Nashville, TN
- Average of admissions annually
- Some procedural sedation provided in the PICU
- In-house coverage working an average of 7.5 shifts a month
- 24/7 in-house coverage also provided by Pediatric EM and Pediatric Hospitalists
- Responsibilities include admissions, management of patients in the PICU, consultations with families and referring physician
- Wide range of Pediatric sub-specialty support available including: Neurology, Cardiology, GI, ID, Hem/Onc, and Surgery.
- Selective support from Adult Ortho , ENT and Neurosurgery
- Highly experienced and sustainable practice
Qualifications
- Board Certified in Pediatric Critical Care with recent experience required
- TN license or active IMLC required
