International Treasurer

International Treasurer - BKV Corporation (Denver, CO). Manage the
financial and treasury performance of oil and gas investments in the portfolio
and partner with the commercial team to achieve the organization's financial
goals. Determine the capital needs of the investment and assess funding
options and risk. Recommend and implement investment strategies based on
financial forecasts, risk assessments and prevailing business, industry,
and economic conditions. Assess and manage company cash flow to maximize
cash-efficiency and ensure funds are available for daily operations,
investments, and debt obligations. Monitor financial risks and implement
risk management strategies that mitigate exposure and ensure regulatory
compliance. Oversee treasury operations, including cash transactions,
intercompany funding, debt servicing, and financial asset management.
Ensure accurate and timely recording and reporting of treasury transactions
and financial data. Develop and maintain relationships with internal and
external stakeholders and credit partners. Monitor developments in the fields
of business, accounting, finance, economic theory, and related
technologies

Requires:
Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in finance
or accounting and 3 years of experience in each of the following: (a)
working in international finance in Asian financial markets analyzing
financial and operational performance and risks of oil and gas industry; and
(b) conducting financial reporting under both the International Financial
Reporting Standards (IFRS) and U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting
Principles (U.S. GAAP) in the oil and gas production or service industry.
$160,000 per year + discretionary bonus + health care, retirement,
