Spray Chill Production Technician JOB SUMMARYVerify and enforce standard operating procedures for water on carcasses and temperatures in the hot boxes. Documentation detail is extremely important.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITESComplete rounds in the hot box area to monitor to ensure carcasses are sprayed in a timely manner and receive adequate spray. Document and validate carcass temperatures.
