This is a DIRECT HIRE Quality Manager opportunity for a Shelbyville Manufacturing company

  • The Quality Manager will oversee inspection personnel, perform training on quality procedures, perform root cause analysis and FMEA of discrepancies, implement corrective action, continuous improvements – 6S, Kaizen, Lean, and more
  • The Manager will also manage the inspection of incoming materials, inprocess, and final product ensuring they meet requirements, prepare reports, perform external and internal audits, and more

Pay/Benefits:
- $75-100K+/year depending on experience

Schedule:
Monday – Friday, 6am-5pm

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of lean principles
  • Experienced in NADCAP / AS9100 requirements

  • Previous experience managing audits for compliance
  • Bachelor''s degree is preferred, but not required
