Here is what you can expect when you join our Village as a Clinical Social Worker (MSW):
- Coverage: Covering both West St. Paul (W St. Paul, MN) and Highland Park (St. Paul, MN) dialysis Clinics
- Monday - Friday - split shifts between clinics
- Full time schedule hours
- Training - 6-8 weeks
- Will provide group supervision 4 hours a month that is no cost to the teammate

- Help patients understand their rights and responsibilities, and guide them in managing the physical, mental, emotional and financial demands of End Stage Renal Disease.

Requirements:
- Licensed or registered in the state of practice as required by state regulations -- (LISW) (LICSW) (LGSW)
- Meets all state required regulations to practice in the dialysis setting.
- Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) required with a specialization in clinical practice
- Demonstrated knowledge of government and private insurance programs
- Basic computer skills in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook as well as functional proficiency with DaVita specific applications within 60 days
