Park Nicollet Behavioral Health is seeking an experienced Adult Psychologist/Therapist to join the newly established Methodist DayBridge Partial Hospitalization Program in St. Louis Park. Make a difference in the lives of our patients every day as you become part of our dedicated team.

The Behavioral Health Department at Park Nicollet consists of a large multidisciplinary team offering comprehensive mental health services in Minnesota.

In this role, you will work closely with other mental health professionals to assess and provide group therapy to adult patients in the Methodist DayBridge Partial Hospitalization Program. Responsibilities include developing treatment plans, collaborating with other services, educating on behavioral health issues, contributing to program growth, and other assigned tasks.

The DayBridge Program is expanding to St. Louis Park. Successful candidates will be passionate clinicians interested in treating high acuity patients.

Requirements:

  • Experience assessing, diagnosing, and treating adults.
  • Training and experience in evidence-based care and group therapy modalities.
  • Licensure as a Doctoral Level Psychologist (LP) or Masters Level therapist (LICSW, LMFT, or LPCC) in MN.
  • Strong communication skills and commitment to ethical practices.
  • Collaborative care skills with other professionals.
  • Flexibility and dedication to supporting patients and colleagues.
