Hobby Lobby Stores is a privately held corporation that is looking for a qualified person to fill an opening in the Construction Department.

• Audit and Process invoices associated with Construction Projects, Campus Maintenance, and Store Property Management.
• Log insurance certificates in software system.
• Cover the front desk during Receptionist's breaks, lunches, vacations, etc.
• Setup new vendors in software system.
• Follow up with fellow team members, contractors, vendors regarding requested paperwork.
• Process subcontracts / agreements associated with Construction Projects.
• Additional Duties as assigned by supervisor.

• Ability to interact effectively with team members at various levels of management.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Strong verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills.
• Education associated with Accounting practices or equivalent work experience.
• Preferred experience in Construction / Building Maintenance practices.
• High School Diploma
• Ability to multi-task, work under pressure, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Extensive experience with Microsoft Office version 2007 or later.
