We are currently hiring an experienced Electrician who will be responsible for a wide range of tasks related to the setup and maintenance of electrical infrastructure.This includes the installation of low voltage electrical wiring in buildings.Given the inherent risks involved in this role, we require individuals who prioritize safety and adhere to precautionary measures.The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge and experience working with various electrical devices and systems.Responsibilities:

Execute design plans layout of electrical wiring and terminations for a fully functional controls system.Applies knowledge of electrical installation principles and practices.Experience in industrial and/or commercial electrical systemsThorough knowledge of safety procedures and legal regulations and guidelines.Orders installation material under Project Manager's direction.Generates redlines to incorporate into the project documentation submitted to customer.Responsible for reviewing contract documents and conducting job surveys.Assists in the preparation of cost estimates for projects.Provides installation direction and support to other team members.Reviews equipment submittals for incorporation into design.Negotiates and orders required Trane material and outside purchases.Assists BAS Technicians as required with electrical terminations and assist with commissioning, test, and startup.Maintains customer satisfaction by investigating concerns, implementing corrective action, and communication with staff, as needed, and providing customer feedback.Some travel with occasional overnight stays 25% or less.Flexibility to work outside normal work hours/weekends, as required.Qualifications:
