Duties
  • Provide proficient management of trust and restricted fee real property and processing applications for land into trust, ensuring the protection, conservation, and prudent utilization of Indian lands.
  • Consult with beneficiaries, lessees, landowners, and interested parties regarding the process, policy, and procedures of the Realty Program.
  • Monitor the collection of trust funds and payment distribution from Realty transactions in the automated system; Trust Asset and Accounting Management System (TAAMS).
  • Researches, analyzes and reviews moderately complex or conflicting problems, and provide guidance to the Bureau of Indian Affairs and land owners.
